We purchase our bathroom products from leading European manufacturers. All our products are quality tested to meet or exceed European product standards and are covered by extensive manufacturer warranties. These warranties apply from the date of purchase and are in addition to your consumer rights under New Zealand law.

Magnifying Mirrors -  2 year warranty
Should your magnifying mirror prove faulty in manufacture or construction we will supply a replacement mirror of the same type.This warranty does not include installation of the replacement mirror. If the model you have is no longer available we reserve the right to supply a similar mirror of simlar value

Bathroom accessories - 5 year warranty on chrome and construction, 2 years on wood veneers, 2 years on mirrors and soap pumps.

Tapware, vitreous china products (basins and toilets) - 2 year warranty

Toilet seats - 2 year warranty

Bathroom Cabinets - 2 year warranty

Non-Magnifying Mirrors - 2 year warranty

Washers, ceramic disc cartridges and other consumable parts - 1 year warranty

We will replace, repair or refund faulty merchandise. Note that our replacement offer does not include installation.

Our warranties cover faults in manufacture and construction only. We do not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, damage due to faulty installation or damage (accidental or intentional) caused by the customer.

We supply only professional quality bathroomware. Installation should be carried out by a qualified installer. We accept no liability for damaged caused by or to our products, or their incorrect operation, due to faulty installation or incorrect water supply conditions.

Please note that our tapware is only recommended for installation where water pressures are equal on both the hot and cold sides of the water supply. Minimum operating pressure 100Kpa. Out tapware must have an in-line filter or strainer installed to prevent grit damage to the mixer's ceramic washers.


In the unlikely event of a fault occurring we will repair, replace or refund the faulty article. This policy does not include the removal or reinstallation of the article.

1. Once you are aware of a fault please contact us by email.
    Include a your original invoice number, date of purchase and your daytime contact details.
    Include a picture of the fault if possible.

2. A return number will be issued to you and in consultation with you we will decide on the best course of action.

Returns without a return number will not necessarily be processed.
